Love Tiny Prints Style (Giveaway!)
Guess what? We’ve got another Tiny Prints giveaway! One lucky winner will receive a $50 gift card to Tiny Print’s beautiful products.
What do you have to do to enter? Well, as this love holiday approaches we all could use a good idea in how to celebrate. I want to see what creativity you have in dreaming up the most amazing Valentine’s Day Party. Would you bring in ponies to ride? Put the kids to bed and invite only your spouse? Would you bake a million cookies and cupcakes in heart shapes? Rent a train to ride around your yard (like Tori Spelling did for her son’s birthday)? Or fly to the moon? Dream big, or dream simple! Best of all, how would you invite your guests? (The most important step of this contest.) Visit Tiny Print’s Valentine’s Day section, pick out your favorite invitation or card, and comment on this post with the link and why you love it so.
So let’s recap:
1) Comment telling me your party idea (not too crazy, this is a family blog, after all).
2) Visit Tiny Print’s Valentine’s website and post the link to your favorite card and why you like it.
That’s it. Sounds easy, right? Is it. The contest will end January 29th at midnight, with the winner being chosen at random and announced on Friday January 30th.
Best of luck and I cannot wait to read your comments!

The best Valentine’s day party for me would be 2 fold — first a party with the girls and their daddy. Maybe he could take them out together for lunch and just spoil the heck out of them. Then a romantic dinner with just him and I when the girls are sleeping at grandma and papa’s house!
TinyPrints website seems to be down except for the 1st page, but I can tell you that I love that Ice cream card that’s up on the line in the top picture! MMM Ice cream.

I think it’s cute and different and none of the kids in Claire’s class will have anything like it!

I’m so excited for this contest – I already have B’s birth announcements planned out in my head, and I would love to be so lucky to win them from Tiny Prints.
If I wasn’t going to be 38 weeks on Valentine’s Day this year, I’d LOVE to host a Valentine’s party! I think it would be a late welcome-the-baby party – but I’d want to collect gifts to deliver to the teen mothers at a youth services place in town. It would definitely be these invites: http://www.tinyprints.com/products/ProductView_5698.htm because they’re colorful and I LOVE color. I’d want to play on the hearts since it’s Valentine’s Day of course, but something more like “have a heart for those less fortunate”. It would be a relaxed, kids-are-welcome, party just to hang out and celebrate love and life. Darn it, now I’m all excited about it!
Maybe I SHOULD host this party. If only my husband would let me…

For my perfect valentines day I would fly to North Carolina to see my husband and leave a note in his lunch for the day asking him to join me for a romantic dinner. When he got home I would have the whole apartment decorated with candles and flowers and soft fabrics and have a beautiful dinner cooked and a big cake in the shape of a heart(that’s mostly for me). And well… you know. Just a nice night in.
My favorite invitation (although maybe not for this):

Uhm, for my perfect V-day Party, I would have my favorite families over to my brand new house that has more than enough room for all of our children to run and play. I would fix a very gourmet dinner in my brand new state of the art kitchen and serve them all a lovely dinner (Think Pioneer Woman).
Then, we’d have baby sitters come to stay and all the adult couples would leave out on various dates for a little romantic time with their spouse.
And my absolute fave invite is http://www.tinyprints.com/products/ProductView_5750.htm So stinkin’ cute!!

Let’s see….I would send the kids to Grandma’s or Grandpa’s or somewhere, and invite my hubby only. I would decorate the house with rose petals and hearts, and hire a chef to cook us the most fabulous candlelit dinner!! Then the maid I hired would clean it all up.Then I’d send the maid and the chef home…..bubble bath, candles, champagne…you get the idea:)

For my perfect Valentine’s Day party, I would fly my hubby to Paris and we would have a very romantic lunch at the Eiffel Tower (at the fancy restaurant there) and then afterwards we would go to the Musee de Orsay and look at all of our favorite Impressionist paintings. We would stop at Angelina’s for a Mont Blanc (a yummy dessert) and then spend the night at the Ritz (and charge it all to Tori Spelling…LOL!!)
My favorite card is Monkey Love

For my valentines day, i would take my fiance and son someplace warm. It is the 1-year anniversary of finding out I was pregnant, so it would also be nice to have a relaxing day and escape from the snow! We would sip strawberry dauqueries and eat loads of Chili’s and end with their chocolate molten lava cake. We would then ride through the streets of Valpo on an elephant to lead a gigantic parade(It’s late-so sorry for the randomness!)
This would be my invite- so cute it makes me giggle!
